As a Technology Experience Specialist, you will work across various products from concept to delivery, collaborating with a team of Technical Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to create compelling and creative user experiences that delight users and fulfill the business needs and objectives. They help ensure all Technology solutions are fit for purpose, improve end user productivity and are easy and enjoyable to use. The Technology Experience Specialist ensure all experience designs are informed by industry standards, best practices and user testing. You will have expert knowledge of visual design software and wire-framing tools such as Visio, Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, and Invision.


In this role, you will:  


  • Work with a team of cross-functional experts to deliver user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing.
  • Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams of Technical Product Management, Architecture, and Development
  • Leverage practice thinking to help continuously improve tools and methods that go into the continuous improvement of the experience design playbook.
  • Participate in, and help facilitate, design thinking workshops and training sessions.
  • Deliver the user experience of all non-customer-facing products from the creation of design concepts to the final launch of the product as well as post-launch monitoring and analysis.
  • Act as an advocate of the product to the users, imparting insight into the product’s value and usability.
  • Work with specialists to ensure all products have baseline usability measures that serve as a benchmark to improve upon while product improvements are made.
  • Work with team specialists to drive the practice of research and analysis and subsequent incorporation into the overall experience design principles.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Team to develop user stories that genuinely reflect the user needs uncovered during discovery.
