Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative Tech Director to join KAYALI. You will be responsible for driving technological advancements, overseeing all technical aspects of our operations, and leading our ERP transformation initiatives. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You will be at the forefront of driving our company's digital future. Responsibilities: Technology Leadership:


• Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with KAYALI's business goals and innovation objectives.


• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team and suppliers in areas such as Data/Business Information, ERP and IT services.


ERP Transformation and Strategic Leadership:


• Develop and articulate the long-term vision for KAYALI's ERP ecosystem, aligning it with overall business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.


• Collaborate with KAYALI executives to ensure IT strategies support business growth and innovation.


• Oversee the entire ERP transformation program, including multiple projects and workstreams


• Establish program governance, including steering committees, and reporting structures.


Vendor and Stakeholder Management:


• Lead the selection process for vendors and implementation partners, negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).


• Manage ongoing relationships with key technology partners and system integrators.


• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units for all ERP-related matters.


• Manage expectations of diverse stakeholder groups, from end-users to board members.


Business Process Transformation:


• Drive the redesign and optimization of core business processes across all functional areas of KAYALI.


• Ensure standardization and best practices are implemented across the organization.


• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement in fragrance development and production.


Technology Architecture and Data Management:


• Define the overall technical architecture for the ERP ecosystem, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.


• Work closely with legal to ensure that all regulatory constraints are respected.


• Oversee data migration strategies from legacy systems to the new ERP.


• Establish data governance policies and ensure data quality across the organization.


• Develop strategies for master data management and data analytics in the context of fragrance formulation and consumer insights.


Innovation and Continuous Improvement:


• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and their potential application in ERP systems and fragrance technology.


• Develop roadmaps for post-implementation enhancements and upgrades.


• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT organization and across KAYALI.


Risk Management and Compliance:


• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP transformation program and fragrance technology initiatives.


• Own Cyber-risk initiatives, controls and improvements to mitigate risks to KAYALI performance or reputation.


• Ensure the ERP system and all technical operations meet relevant security standards and compliance requirements in the fragrance industry.
