Techno-Functional Expert in Treasure Data CDP

Location: Onsite in Dubai, UAE
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Expert in Treasure Data CDP (Customer Data Platform) and personalization implementation for our ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deploying and managing Treasure Data CDP solutions and implementing personalized customer experiences across mobile apps, CRM systems, and other digital touchpoints. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, with a strong focus on delivering business value through data-driven personalization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Treasure Data CDP Implementation:
o Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Treasure Data CDP for our ecommerce platforms.
o Ensure seamless integration of the CDP with various data sources, including mobile apps, CRM systems, and other relevant platforms.
o Customize and optimize data pipelines to support business requirements and enhance data quality.
• Personalization Strategy:
o Develop and execute personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions across mobile apps, CRM, and other channels.
o Utilize data from the CDP to create targeted customer segments and personalized marketing campaigns.
o Implement and manage personalization tools and technologies to deliver real-time, relevant customer experiences.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the implementation and maintenance of Treasure Data CDP and personalization solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CDP integration and personalization workflows.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze customer data to identify insights and opportunities for personalization.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track the performance of personalization initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and optimize personalization efforts based on data-driven insights.
• Onsite Requirement:
o Work onsite in Dubai, collaborating closely with local and global teams to deliver projects effectively.
o Participate in meetings, workshops, and other onsite activities to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Treasure Data CDP in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data management best practices.
• Expertise in personalization strategies and tools, with a track record of successful implementations across mobile apps, CRM, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in CDP and personalization implementations, such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, and relevant APIs.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic ecommerce setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Equivalent degree in a related field.
• Certifications in Treasure Data CDP or other relevant technologies.
• Experience with other CDP platforms and personalization tools.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern ecommerce market trends and customer behavior.
