Job Description

  • Assemble, test, and inspect lithium-ion cells according to production guidelines and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Monitor and record production data and report any deviations or issues.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational education is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or a related field are welcome to apply.
