Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Experience with networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Knowledge of server management and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Experience with IT security practices and tools.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
Implement, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and deploy technology solutions.
