Key Responsibilities Technical Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in understanding client technical requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Work on creating and presenting technical demonstrations and product/service overviews to prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Research:
Identify potential clients through market research and online tools.
Qualify leads by understanding their technical challenges and requirements.
Customer Engagement:
Build relationships with clients by understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering or technical team to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Proposal Preparation:
Assist in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and presentations.
Customize offerings to align with the specific needs of the clients.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest actionable strategies.
Learning & Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Participate in training sessions on products, services, and sales processes
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Electronic or Computers stream, Hardware, Software, etc.) or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
