We are hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-months extendable contract who will manage comprehensive recruitment processes for technical, IT, and support roles, ensuring alignment with group-wide Talent Acquisition strategies and standards. Someone who has a Sponsor/Freelancer visa and is available immediately will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Group Talent Acquisition function to implement group-level recruitment policies aligned with companys strategic needs. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, particularly in technical and IT domains. Develop and manage job postings, source candidates using diverse platforms, and ensure candidate qualifications meet companies technical specifications. Lead candidate assessments, conduct structured interviews, and advise hiring managers during final selections. Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) for the Group Talent Acquisition Manager to aid data-driven decisions. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and group-level standards. Continuously refine recruitment processes to integrate best practices specific to the IT and network industry. Promote companys brand in all recruitment activities to attract top-tier candidates.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical or IT roles like Cloud, Cyber Security, Applications and Managed services in the UAE. Desired 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the IT or network systems sector. Advanced expertise in strategic recruitment practices and familiarity with the latest market trends in the tech industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
