We are hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-months extendable contract who will manage comprehensive recruitment processes for technical, IT, and support roles, ensuring alignment with group-wide Talent Acquisition strategies and standards. Someone who has a Sponsor/Freelancer visa and is available immediately will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Group Talent Acquisition function to implement group-level
- recruitment policies aligned with companys strategic needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, particularly in technical
- and IT domains.
- Develop and manage job postings, source candidates using diverse platforms, and
- ensure candidate qualifications meet companies technical specifications.
- Lead candidate assessments, conduct structured interviews, and advise hiring
- managers during final selections.
- Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) for the Group Talent
- Acquisition Manager to aid data-driven decisions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and group-level
- standards.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to integrate best practices specific to the IT
- and network industry.
- Promote companys brand in all recruitment activities to attract top-tier candidates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical or IT roles like Cloud, Cyber Security, Applications and Managed services in the UAE.
- Desired 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the IT or network systems sector.
- Advanced expertise in strategic recruitment practices and familiarity with the latest market trends in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
