About the job Technical Recruiter (Temp)

With offices in 3 countries, they have an extensive reach into and regional knowledge of the Middle East markets. 


We are hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3-months extendable contract who will manage comprehensive recruitment processes for technical, IT, and support roles, ensuring alignment with group-wide Talent Acquisition strategies and standards. Someone who has a Sponsor/Freelancer visa and is available immediately will be preferred.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Group Talent Acquisition function to implement group-level
  • recruitment policies aligned with companys strategic needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, particularly in technical
  • and IT domains.
  • Develop and manage job postings, source candidates using diverse platforms, and
  • ensure candidate qualifications meet companies technical specifications.
  • Lead candidate assessments, conduct structured interviews, and advise hiring
  • managers during final selections.
  • Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) for the Group Talent
  • Acquisition Manager to aid data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and group-level
  • standards.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to integrate best practices specific to the IT
  • and network industry.
  • Promote companys brand in all recruitment activities to attract top-tier candidates.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical or IT roles like Cloud, Cyber Security, Applications and Managed services in the UAE.
  • Desired 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the IT or network systems sector.
  • Advanced expertise in strategic recruitment practices and familiarity with the latest market trends in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
