Orbitworks is seeking an experienced

Technical Recruiter to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to extending and finalizing job offers. Your expertise in headhunting will be essential in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, ensuring we attract the skilled space industry professionals necessary to drive our success. With plans to produce up to fifty 500 kg satellites annually, we anticipate significant team growth over the next year, and this role will be instrumental in achieving these ambitious production targets. About This Role:



+ Source Candidates: Utilize a variety of platforms and strategies to identify and engage top talent in the aerospace and satellite manufacturing sectors.
+ Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with passive candidates, effectively communicating Orbitworks' mission and opportunities to attract talent over time.
+ Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless interview process.
+ Screen Applications: Review candidate CVs and profiles to assess qualifications and fit for various technical roles.
+ Manage ATS: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) with candidate statuses and activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
+ Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screens and coordinate interviews to advance qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
+ Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, ensuring a positive and unique experience reflective of Orbitworks' culture.
+ Reporting: Provide weekly reports on the status of candidate pipelines and job requisitions to the recruiting team and hiring managers.
+ Employer Branding: Leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance Orbitworks' employer brand and drive engagement with potential candidates.
+ Coordinate Interviews and Logistics: Assist in scheduling interviews, arranging travel, and managing other logistics to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
+ Experience: Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, agency environment, with a focus on sourcing and closing mid to executive-level engineering and technical candidates.
+ Industry Experience: Experience recruiting in the space industry or with related tech startups.
+ LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Extensive experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engagement.
+ Boolean Search Proficiency: Ability to effectively use Boolean search techniques to identify qualified candidates.
+ ATS Proficiency: Advanced user of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever.
+ Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of engineering and software terminology, enabling thoughtful and engaging conversations with candidates.
+ Industry Insight: Interest and knowledge in the global space startup environment, staying up-to-date on the latest industry happenings & tech developments.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is enjoyable to collaborate and work with.
