Role Description
As a Technical Program Management or Program Management Analyst at Mastercard, you’ll learn to understand the what, how, and why to determine the when – and operate across tools (and outside of them) to drive the execution of the delivery plan for your respective program. Across our organization, we strive for higher predictability and more efficient delivery resulting in more value for our customers. What you’ll need :
- To be available for start from 3rd March or 1st September 2025
- To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024
-Valid UAE visa
- Ideally studying engineering management, information systems, finance, analytics, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to operate with independence, autonomy, solid ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
- Can communicate with impact, build relationships, and partner/influence dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.
- Strong interest in technology, especially through a data-driven lens
Experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering work in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.) a plus.
