Ideal Technical Manager has strong background in high-rise and complex building projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical management roles for high-rise or complex building projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, technically challenging projects
In-depth understanding of structural systems, MEP systems, facades, and other technical aspects of high-rise construction
Proficiency in relevant building codes and standards
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certifications
Proficiency in CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools
