Key Accountabilities


  • Answer technical questions that are related to tyres. 
  • Process customer’s complaints and give appropriate warranty.
  • Make a detailed report and submit to the principle.
  • Visit the customer at regular intervals, to monitor the performance of the tyres and send the report to principle.
  • Share the performance report of the new pattern with other fleet customers and encourage them to buy new pattern.
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
  • Keep up with the competitors’ products information and tire industry regulations.
  • Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned
