Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client seeks a skilled Technical Engineer to join their team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and plan construction projects, taking into account budget constraints, timelines, and resource availability.
- Manage and supervise the construction process, including scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance on various aspects of construction, including structural design, material selection, and construction methodologies.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure construction materials and methods adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, keeping everyone informed about project progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the construction project, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and any modifications made during the construction process.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Field experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, structural design, material selection, and construction methods.
- Experience in implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
- Competence in managing project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
