Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of large-scale technology solutions in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking technology, deep expertise in full-stack development, and a strong track record of successfully managing end-to-end solution delivery.
Technology Delivery & Strategy: - Define and execute technology roadmaps for large-scale banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging modern cloud, API, and microservices-based architectures.
Project & Stakeholder Management: - Lead cross-functional teams, including Team Leads, developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and regulators, to define and prioritize technology solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints effectively.
Full-Stack Technology Leadership: - Drive full-stack technology adoption, including front-end (React), back-end (Java, Spring boot), and database technologies.
- Ensure robust software architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Advocate for DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and cloud-native development best practices.
- Ensure technology solutions comply with banking regulations
- Implement strong risk management frameworks, ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
