Job Description

  • Make quotation, follow up internally
  • Coordinate technical project timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed of progress and changes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical jargon into understandable terms.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct risk assessments on technical projects, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documentation are obtained.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate export activities and meet customer requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments
