Technical Business Analyst - Abu Dhabi Onsite

Job Summary:
Lead the analysis of complex business processes and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Define and drive the business analysis strategy to align with organizational goals.
Document high-level and detailed requirements, including business cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to architect scalable and efficient solutions.
Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end processes and workflows.
Validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and adhere to quality standards
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align business and technical teams.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
Key performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
Leverage advanced tools and techniques to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Experience working in the Government sector or telecommunication sector is a plus.
Expertise in business process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Visio).
Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. CMS platforms: Drupal, Oracle, Liferay.
Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Work Timings: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
