Job Description

A leading renovation company is actively recruiting a Technical assistant to be based in Dubai.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Follow up with calls;
  • Making documents; 
  • Work with AutoCad;
  • Assisting NOCs as NOC and technical assistance.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering;
  • Know about structural and MEP system;
  • 3 to 4 year GCC experience in construction or fit out;
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills; 
  • Have your own driving license;
  • English level no lower than medium (knowing of Arabic and Russian is an advantage);
  • Quantity surveying will be an advantage.
