Develop and review technical designs and engineering drawings for construction projects, encompassing Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to gather essential project data.
Provide technical support to project teams, addressing design-related issues and RFIs promptly and effectively.
Evaluate alternative design solutions and recommend optimizations to enhance project efficiency and performance.
Maintain proficiency in relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to construction projects in Dubai.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software proficiently to create and modify designs as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical and Design Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's construction codes, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
