Subscription Manager
Responsible to organize and oversee the entire subscription operations of the entire city and overall success of operations, by setting targets, supervising staff and riders, and ensuring client satisfaction by efficient and timely deliveries.
Marketing Associate
Main duties include completing marketing administrative duties, building social media campaigns, preparing promotional materials and presentations.
Executive Key Accounts
Responsibilities include overseeing the relationships of the company with its clients and obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. This role will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the clients and discover new opportunities.
Supervisor- Client Relations
Responsible for supervising customer service agents and other staff including riders and drivers. The role will train, coach, and mentor employees on how to deliver the best customer service possible.
Business Coordinator
Responsibilities include assisting business development and accounts management team in driving maximum business. This role will maintain the client’s database, assist with onboarding duties, emails, and customer service support.
Customer Service Executive
This role will be the the first point of contact in the Company. Responsibilities include catering to outbound and inbound calls from customers and clients, ensuring that the queries are resolved in a timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction.
