As the Technology & Digital Director for Learning Systems and Digital Channels, you will develop and implement a technology and data strategy aligned with government digital transformation goals. This includes overseeing learning management systems, leveraging data analytics, leading a team of technology professionals, and exploring innovative learning technologies.

Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology and data strategy for learning and development, aligned with the government's digital transformation goals.Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning management systems and other digital learning platforms.Leverage data analytics to track learning outcomes, identify trends, and inform decision-making.Lead and manage a team of technology and data professionals, providing guidance and support.Explore and implement innovative learning technologies, such as AI, VR/AR, and microlearning, to enhance the learning experience.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.10+ years of experience in technology, data management and digital platformsAt least 4 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably operating at executive levelStrong understanding of digital platforms, data analytics and emerging technologies with strong preference for knowledge and experience of learning management systems (LMS) and tech/digital/data within a learning or education sector.Expertise in data management principles, including data collection, storage, analysis, and security.Ability to develop and implement long-term technology and digital strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex technical information.
