Job Summary & Purpose
Administrating warranty Claims and Service Operations Coordinator to manage warranty claims processing, payment reconciliation, training, and scrap activity monitoring.
Coordinate service delivery, manage inquiries, and verify claims within the agreed TAT.
Escalate unresolved issues to designated teams and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Claims Approval:
Ensure timely approval of Extended Warranty (EW), DG Shield (DGS+), DG Support Program (DGSP), and DGS claims within a maximum of 2 business days.
Collaborate with stores across UAE, Bahrain, and Oman to facilitate claims processing.
2 Service Center/Supplier Payments:
Collect and process payments for EW/DGS claims, ensuring all payments are collated and verified within 15 business days.
Coordinate with service centers and suppliers to maintain accurate records of payments.
3 Insurance Claims Reconciliation:
Monitor the preparation of periodical reports for Insurance partner to ensure timely claims reconciliation.
Collaborate with the insurance partner to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with timelines.
4 Scrap Activity Monitoring:
Oversee the monitoring of EW/DGS+, DGSP, and DGS scrap activities for on-site and store-approved warranty units.
Ensure that units are retrieved in compliance with company policies and procedures across UAE, Bahrain, and Oman.
RequirementsExperience
