About Rule:
Operations Coordination and Support
Provide written instructions and guidance to the Operations staff in solving operating problems and optimizing / monitoring conditions through data acquisition, analysis, and applications to assure reliability and to achieve high efficiency.
Review and develop operating procedures for existing plants and new modifications to ensure safe start up and integrate with those of other affected teams.
Resolve non-compliance to all relevant process safety elements and integrity compliance KPI. Monitors and reports any deviation from the environment requirements.
Develop Operating Windows for critical equipment’s and systems in coordination with other departments to ensure the plant is operating at optimum efficiency and safety.
Participate and provide high quality input in various studies like HAZOP, SIL, Risk assessment, Root Cause Analysis, PTW audits.
Review the operating data as per the planned production targets, past and present prevailing conditions including laboratory analysis, operating plant performance; highlight any major deviations from the operating envelopes (parameters), and ensure suitable actions are taken towards their mitigation.
Interface with Maintenance department for safe and effective execution of PM & CM.
Interface with supply chain for chemical, catalyst and consumables.
Interface with production planning department for production target and long term shutdown activity.
Interface with technical department / Vendors /Licensors for process optimizations and trouble shooting.
Active involvement in shutdown planning, minor/major projects and subsequent commissioning of equipment.
Review, monitor overall reliability efforts and participate in reliability improvement programs, like problem identification, root cause analysis and recommendations.
Review reports for all abnormalities and alarm management system. Review specialized reports as required, such as recommendations for improvements pertaining to safety, energy saving, cost saving and operation convenience.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in production engineering or equivalent.
10 years of relevant Production Operations experience in Gas Processing Plants within a large industrial organization, with at least 5 years in supervisory role.
