PURPOSE Oversee Team (group of Colleagues) and mentor, coach, guide and motivate them to perform their Job effectively. The objective is to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of Organization. JOB DETAILS Responsible for all aspects of customer restaurant reservations and queries received via telephone, email, or chat for Jumeirah outlets in Madinat Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and Sarood Hospitality Restaurants where required. To ensure each booking is entered into the system following Jumeirah data and quality standards. Offering accurate information about our F&B portfolio and exceeding guest expectations. The role is telephone based. Complete customer and guest booking requests for Jumeirah outlets using Jumeirah standards for data entry, email quality & call quality. Product Knowledge process update Handle Group Booking requests (Teams and Email) Updating SevenRooms information (MJ, BAA, JBH, MAA and Sarood ) Updating Email Template (MJ, BAA, JBH, MAA and Sarood ) Refund (Supervision) Evaluating agent's progress through booking procedures and calls Updating Sevenrooms information (MJ, BAA, JBH, MAA and Sarood ) Champion the Jumeirah Brand by displaying all Heart of Jumeirah standards and promoting the business values in all interactions. Flexibility to work to demands of the business including rotational shifts and supporting in outlets where required. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer database. Have a can-do attitude. Actively strive to improve our guest experience, making suggestions where appropriate. Actively demonstrate and comply with Jumeirah IT security and compliance policies. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Exposure of handling telephone enquiries Proficient in English Excellent listening skills and customer orientation.
