What You Will Be Doing

  • The Team Leader is tasked with building and nurturing the sales team, managing sales operations, and implementing strategies that enable the business to consistently achieve and exceed its goals.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and update financial records.
  • Motivate and direct the Sales agents to meet financial targets.
  • Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to customers through excellent customer service to resolve queries.
  • Ensure effective sales achievements by sourcing quality deals from various channels.
  • Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify key insights and develop effective solutions that align with business requirements.
