About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader to join our luxury Beit Al Bahar Villas team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Responsible for delivering luxurious and personalized services to the guests in line with Jumeirah standards thus creating a delightful and memorable experience throughout their stay. In depth knowledge about fine Dining, food and beverages, tourist attractions and responsible for catering to VIP and repeat guests. Establishes and develops personal guest contact, promotes feedback, and is constantly proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements.
• To check all the cleaning of villas by the team is at a high standard. 
• To ensure that maintenance issues have been reported and repaired to ensure guest satisfaction and staff efficiency. 
• Maintain operation and cleanliness of the Butler Pantry & the Reception Desk. Ensure each area is correctly stocked on their respective floor and operational according to set service standards 
• To report any incidents, complaints, suspicious persons, or safety hazards immediately, report any accidents to Security. 
• To liaise with the Engineering Department to ensure that all repeated faults are repaired and checked to the Hotel standards. 
• To assist the Butlers Manager in the standards of all arrangements throughout the inside and outside of the hotel. 
• To liaise daily with the butlers regarding staffing levels, operations, and all daily activities.
• Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management and reporting manager.

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry.
• Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
