Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company, seeking a Team Lead – Sales Support to manage sales operations and ensure seamless coordination across the sales function.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & oversee the Sales Support team for efficient sales operations.- Review & validate quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and costing sheets.- Assist sales teams in interpreting Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project alignment.- Manage material submittals & technical documentation to support sales proposals.- Track & coordinate sales leads for timely follow-ups and execution.- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and workflow.- Facilitate communication between sales, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Requirements- 5+ years in sales coordination or sales support, preferably in building materials or construction (luxury sanitary ware experience is a plus).- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quotations, costing, and technical reports.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM/Sales software.- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
