About the job Team Lead

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of DSAs to achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and market reach.
  • Monitor daily activities of DSAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide regular training and motivation to the team to enhance productivity and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales progress, and key achievements.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit card sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of DSA operations and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
