Requirements
We are seeking professionals with a background in Tax Policy and Public Sector roles, ideally combining consultancy experience with Big Four firms and in-house positions at public sector bodies like HMRC. Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law, coupled with proven management and organisational design experience. Expertise in tax policy, administration, and implementation is crucial, along with a deep understanding of complex tax issues. Experience in tax administration within ministries or international organisations such as the OECD or IBFD is highly desirable.
While Arabic language skills are advantageous, they are not essential.
