My client is a boutique consultancy based in Dubai. They are looking for a Chinese speaking manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
* Negotiations with Chinese clients and partners regarding projects connected with UAE and other Gulf countries, development of cooperation with Chinese clients and partners
* Managing projects related to tax and practical consulting under UAE legislation.
* Managing projects involving international tax and practical structuring of clients’ presence in the UAE, as well as their business operations in the UAE.
* Managing projects related to consulting on the practical aspects of company registration and conducting corporate transactions.
* Preparing proposals for clients and handling business correspondence with clients.
* Preparing reviews of changes in UAE legislation, presentations, webinars, and organizing client events.
* Interacting with contractors-tax and legal consultants in the UAE and other jurisdictions to prepare advisory opinions.
