Job Summary & Purpose:
• Responsible for loading and Tallying the stocks vs OBD.
• Ensure Dispatch area is clearly labeled.
• Ensure POD’s are recorded in Delivery App.
Job Description:
• Follow SOPs for security check processes and obtain proof of delivery from drivers
• Check all store deliveries with supporting documents at loading time
• Ensure space utilization in all trucks and initiate cost saving.
• Ensure standard packing in cartons for all deliveries.
• Responsible for house-keeping in the dispatch area and loading bays.
• Vehicle loading based on priority deliveries and route planning.
• Maintain records of loading and fleet operation, driver logs and provide proof of delivery for audits.
RequirementsExperience (Yrs & Field) 1-3 Years - Reporting & Auditing
Educational Qualification : Graduate
