In this role, you will identify, attract, and select top talent to support our strategic growth ambitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for talent development initiatives and employee engagement. You will also drive University Relations and prioritize diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) to support the company's growth and culture.
What You'll do:
TALENT MANAGEMENT:
• Support talent process preparation, including Development Planning,
Employee and People Manager training, Talent Calibrations, and Succession
Planning.
• Support strategic Talent projects, including Career Development,
Capability Building, and Leadership Development projects.
TALENT ACQUISITION
• Sourcing Candidates: Actively sourcing candidates through social media
and ATS to build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist
candidates based on specified criteria.
• Conducting Interviews: Organizing and conducting in-person and virtual
interviews to assess candidates against role expectations.
• Onboarding: Co-leading onboarding by ensuring a smooth transition for
new hires into the organization or to newly moved employees.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and process
effectiveness to HR Leads and management.
UNIVERSITY RELATIONS:
• Drive the execution of University Relations programming, onboarding,
and intern engagement.
• Increase brand awareness and represent Kraft Heinz in University events.
• Provide support and serve as a resource to interns and trainees.
ENGAGEMENT & DEIB:
• Support with the planning and execution of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &
Belonging (DEI&B) programs in the Middle East & Africa.
• Assist with the planning of DEI&B meetings, workshops, training, and
special events.
• Help in creating educational materials or shaping existing resources
• Utilize both internal and external communication channels to increase
awareness about our DEI&B initiatives.
• Propose initiatives to support the mental health and well-being of our
Employees.
• Collect and ensure quality, accurate, and timely DEI&B data and reporting
by measuring progress and finding opportunities.
• Support to nurture partnerships with external organizations and Industry
Networks.
