Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development, Talent Development:
Design and implement employee development programs to foster continuous growth and skill enhancement.
Create personalized career development plans for high-potential employees.
Coordinate training, coaching, and mentoring programs for leadership and key talent.
Succession Planning:
Identify and assess potential leaders within the organization to ensure the development of future leaders.
Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans for critical roles.
Monitor the effectiveness of succession plans and talent pipelines.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and ensure that feedback processes are constructive and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with managers to develop action plans for performance improvement.
Ensure performance management practices are consistent, fair, and transparent.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure a strong talent pipeline is in place.
Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to retain top talent.
Analyze employee engagement and retention metrics and recommend improvements.
Organizational Development:
Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance company culture and support business growth.
Foster employee engagement through surveys, feedback sessions, and cultural initiatives.
Act as an internal consultant to managers on talent-related issues.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on talent management metrics, including employee engagement, retention, and development progress.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR function within the education sector preferred.
Strong knowledge of performance management, leadership development, and succession planning practices.
Strong experience in rewards and recognition as well and competency development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and talent management software is a plus.
Certification in talent management or related HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
