**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in organizing and coordinating a range of employee engagement events, from team-building activities to wellness programs and social outings.
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and invitations, to keep the ITCAN team informed and engaged.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and focus groups, identifying insights to improve our workplace culture.
- Coordinate logistics for events by working with vendors, managing venue bookings, catering, and entertainment arrangements.
- Provide administrative support for employee experience initiatives, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
