Job Description
As the Talent and Performance Manager, you will drive a high-performance development culture throughout the Group and provide tools/frameworks to support execution of business strategy and enhance performance (through individual performance at all levels).
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate and support the establishment of a Group wide talent and performance management strategy.
- Responsibility for the Group’s end to end performance management process (including approach, tools, process, systems, behaviours) to drive employee engagement, productivity and performance.
- Ownership of competency based behavioural frameworks.
- Work with relevant functions to identify and develop of top talent (including talent mobility: secondments, exchange programmes, project work, job rotations, etc.
- Design and implement mechanisms and tools that promote regular and meaningful communication and feedback between managers and employees.
- Adopt cutting-edge research, tools and technology to ensure best practices are incorporated into our processes, practices and systems.
- Use performance insights to inform leadership development, talent management, selection and promotion practices.
