firm in Dubai, UAE.Our client is seeking
an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting
top-tier talent to support the growth and success of our brokerage operations.
- Develop
and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality
candidates for real estate broker roles, administrative positions, and other
business support functions.
- Utilize
various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, job
boards, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct
thorough screening of resumes, pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates'
suitability based on the requirements of the role.
- Build and
maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring the company has
access to a steady stream of potential hires.
- Ensure a
seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from
initial contact to onboarding.
- Work
closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their
recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring within the
real estate sector.
- Track and analyse
recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate
satisfaction, to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of
3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate
or property management industry.
- Proven
track record in recruiting for real estate roles.
- Strong
understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency
in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong
negotiation and decision-making skills.
