Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in music, dance, administration, and support functions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring success and improve processes.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within in-house talent
acquisition or agency recruitment.
Industry Background: Experience in education, arts, or entertainment industries is a
plus.
Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Technology: Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment
tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles
simultaneously.
