We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the client based out of their office in Dubai.

Please note: This is an 8-month fixed contract position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project continuity.

Job Purpose:

  • Working within the Mass Hiring Recruitment Team and reporting to the Mass Hiring & Enablement Lead, in this role you will strongly partner with the local Operations leader to oversee, manage, and facilitate the end-to-end recruitment of front line positions.
  • As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with our Operations leaders, partnering with them to understand their current and future needs. You will partner with them to define what success looks like, create locally targeted branding campaigns to attract candidates, and work with Workforce Management on the planning/ forecasting of future inductions.
  • You will provide your market knowledge on the best sourcing strategy, develop and facilitate branding campaigns,, facilitate the screening of candidates supported by our shared services team, provide recommendations of candidates to leaders, and follow up to ensure a strong quality of candidates and placements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our Operations Leaders, Workforce Management, and the global recruitment team.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer/ onboarding
  • Partnering with the business to ensure strong conversation performance, quality of hiring, and closing the loop with updating the sourcing strategy where needed
  • Managing company approved social media for recruitment purposes as per the specified guidelines
  • Working to identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs; anticipating, designing, and implementing recruitment strategy to meet these needs
  • Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels - generating a diversity of candidates, attracting highly competitive talent, building university relationships, and identifying new strategic sourcing opportunities
