Job Description
Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in the UAE.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
- Developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Leading the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensures that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost-effective manner.
- Supporting the Head of the HR Department in ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment KPIs and reports.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Well-versed with social media, resume databases, and professional job networks.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
