Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Candidate Sourcing: Develop Targeted Recruitment Plans and Analyze market and industry benchmarks to design recruitment strategies that effectively attract top talent in both active and passive candidate pools. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, recruitment fairs, networking events, and employee referral programs to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Partnerships: Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and plan for future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Screening and Interviewing: Perform detailed screening of candidates to assess their skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company strategy before advancing them to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience: Create an awesome candidate experience to meet individual and business needs and ensure the candidates are engaged and informed irrelevant of the outcome of the process.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring outcomes in the applicant tracking database.
