The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role within Easygenerator’s Talent Acquisition team, overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across several regions. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.

Data analysis: Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
