MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To recruit and select high quality candidates and produce qualified candidate lists for active vacancies; as well as proactively build, maintain and refresh talent pools for future opportunities. This role also needs to ensure effective and efficient recruitment management focusing on exceptional candidate experience to promote Mediclinic as an employer of choice




KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Provide effective recruitment and selection services to business aimed at finding the best talent in the market


Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable positive client and candidate experiences


Build and maintain talent pools proactively according to sourcing strategy/guidelines and divisional contextual requirements




REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's degree




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 2 – 3 years physician recruitment / sourcing experience in an agency / in-house sourcing environment in UAE or GCC


Experience in international sourcing and recruitment




REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Online recruitment software
  • Recruitment and selection skills
  • Recruitment metrics
  • Recruitment processes (incl. advertising, sourcing, screening, assessing and evaluating, hiring processes)
  • Competency based interviewing skills
  • Candidate / Employee experience / Employer Branding (inclusive of EVP principles)
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
