Our client, a leading regional conglomerate with one of the best reputations on the market for places to work, is on the lookout for a an enthusiastic, collaborative and adaptable Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Dubai (this is weighing more to the strategic side of TA than the operational)


In this role, you'll be at the heart of recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent and will play a key role in shaping the workforce and culture


Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and optimal outcomes
  • Strong team management experience and of managing a TA function strategically
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and address any concerns
  • Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Setting and tracking goals to measure the success of various initiatives and preparing reports on your findings
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional development and growth
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to find and engage potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure timely and proactive hiring
  • Conduct candidate interviews, evaluations, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for our team
  • Promote and represent the company at Employer Branding events and initiatives and assist in driving these strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
