Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company through creative recruitment strategies for each role in a constantly changing market. You will also have opportunity to help drive talent acquisition initiatives to increase market presence and build stronger candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM from the recognized institute
  • CIPD is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across global locations but especially the UAE market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with developing recruitment employer branding initiatives and implementing them.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple jobs effectively at the same time.
  • Experience in driving direct sourcing methods as part of an overall sourcing strategy.
