Position Overview:One of our clients in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join their HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to develop recruitment skills, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across departments.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.- Support in organizing and scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and updating applicant tracking systems.- Help manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.- Conduct research on recruitment trends and suggest new strategies to attract top talent.- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach initiatives.Qualifications:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus.- A proactive approach and willingness to learn about different aspects of recruitment.Benefits: - Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR practices.- Networking opportunities and mentorship from HR professionals.- Potential for growth and full-time placement upon successful completion of the internship.
