Position Overview:
One of our clients in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join their HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to develop recruitment skills, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across departments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job postings.
- Support in organizing and scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screenings, and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Help manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Conduct research on recruitment trends and suggest new strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn about different aspects of recruitment.
