Data-Driven Improvements: Use data to identify improvement opportunities, enhancing stakeholder and candidate experiences.
Project Contributions: Participate in Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Performance and Reporting: Handle tasks such as performance improvements, reporting, identifying high/low performing markets, and supporting new destination proposals to meet business needs
Engage with Stakeholders: Understand business needs, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive results.
Candidate Communication: Maintain open, timely communication throughout the candidate journey, ensuring their needs are met.
Information Sharing: Provide accurate and relevant information to prospects and candidates about the business and roles.
