Summary: We’re looking for a highly organised, people-centric Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. If you have a knack for keeping processes smooth, love connecting with people, and are passionate about helping build an incredible team, this could be the role for you! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the point of contact for candidates, a key partner to hiring managers, and a crucial member of our People & Culture team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Communicate directly with candidates to coordinate interview logistics and manage the seamless candidate journey.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates on the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
  • Prepare interview materials and collect feedback from interviewers post-interview.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person interviews, including scheduling video conferences or meeting room reservations as needed.
  • Support the Talent team in sourcing qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and job requisitions.
  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Track and maintain recruitment records, including job requisitions and candidate profiles.
  • Assist with special Talent projects and events as assigned.
