About the team The Eaton EMEA Talent Acquisition Team is a dedicated group passionate about acquiring the best talent within the EMEA market. Our team consists of around 30 diverse and inclusive individuals based across various EMEA Eaton locations. We take pride in supporting Eaton’s development of efficient, sustainable power management solutions that address the evolving needs of our world. About the role Your role will involve recruiting activities for Eaton primarily in Dubai and the UAE. You’ll leverage all available recruiting and assessment tools to proactively identify, screen, and assess talented candidates based on the Eaton leadership model. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with HR and hiring managers on current openings and long-term staffing needs. Monitoring and improving hiring metrics will be part of your responsibilities, and you’ll need the skills to conduct candidate searches using various resources. Your main responsibilities:
Supporting Internal Clients: Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
Engaging with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders to enhance their involvement in the selection process.
Internal Staffing Model Advocacy: Promote the staffing model within the organization at all levels.
Candidate Sourcing: Conduct extensive sourcing to identify candidates for both immediate vacancies and long-term projects. Utilize proactive cold recruiting methods to attract passive candidates.
Phone Interviews and Candidate Outreach: Conduct phone interviews and engage with potential candidates identified through research, cold calling, tailored marketing plans, and internal systems.
Positive Candidate Experience and Employer Branding: Ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding efforts.
Process Accuracy: Maintain accurate records throughout the hiring process.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform hiring strategies aligned with an inclusive approach.
Problem Solving and Vendor Management: Address unusual or sensitive issues with expertise and manage relationships with external vendors consistently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
Skills:
Proven track record of delivering relevant candidates for critical projects/roles ideally in manufacturing and R&D sector.
Customer service skills for internal and external clients are required.
Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate professional manner.
Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary.
Teamwork in an environment where any and all duties can be shared.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Technologies as a research and recruiting tool, as well as all Microsoft Office Applications.
SAP/8Fold or any other ATS experience will be an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must and additional languages is good to have
