Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our hiring needs across our financial services business. This role is crucial for helping us scale our financial services teams, from institutional sales to key back -office functions such as Compliance. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, enhancing our talent pipeline and elevating Greenstone’s brand presence as an employer of choice
Responsibilities


 
        Job Posting & Sourcing:


  • Create and post job descriptions across various job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, and networking.

    Screening & Interviewing:
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit, experience, and skill alignment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to manage candidate flow for each division, ensuring a seamless interview process.
    Hiring Across Business Units:
  • Partner with key financial services departments across and Back Office to understand team-specific requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Support hiring from graduate and entry-level roles to senior hires, tailoring sourcing and assessment strategies for each level.
    Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and clear communication.
  • Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring Greenstone is represented as a top employer.
    Brand Awareness & Employer Branding:
  • Enhance Greenstone’s employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks to position Greenstone as a desirable place to work.
    Process Improvement:
  • Contribute to optimizing recruitment processes, from sourcing strategies to onboarding.
  • Use data to track recruitment metrics, providing insights to drive continuous improvement in our hiring efforts.

        Additional Responsibilities:


  • Partner with some external recruiters (when needed), manage our preferred supplier list, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective and high-quality recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on ongoing projects to support Greenstone's strategic objectives and improve overall HR practices.
  • Assist in implementing and refining Greenstone’s recruitment processes, including onboarding and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional associations to build a pipeline of high-quality talent for graduate and junior positions.

        Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within finance, private equity, asset management, or similar sectors.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple roles across business functions.
