As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will provide comprehensive support to the recruitment team by handling a range of administrative tasks. The role involves taking full ownership of Emiratisation hiring, conducting reference checks, and managing applications received through the "Refer a Friend" program. You also be expected to work 360° on roles when the team requires additional support, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

In this role, you will:



Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding Manage the scheduling of interviews, coordinating availability between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and status updates. Prepare and organize necessary documents required for securing approvals for job offers. Coordinate pre-employment screening processes, including background checks and reference checks. Document and report findings to the hiring team for further consideration. Draft offer letters via Bamboo and ensure accuracy. Actively source and recruit UAE nationals for various roles within the organization. Manage applications received through the "Refer a Friend" program. Ensure referred candidates are processed efficiently and maintain communication with referees and the candidates. Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, including logistical arrangements and promotional materials. Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges as needed.
