**Position Overview:**

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Master Tailors who specialize in making high-end pants, shirts, and other custom garments. The ideal candidate will possess expert tailoring skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with luxurious fabrics to create uniforms that exude sophistication and elegance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Tailoring Excellence:** Design and construct high-quality uniforms including pants, shirts, and other apparel items to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

- **Custom Fittings:** Conduct fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit, taking precise measurements and adjusting patterns as needed.

- **Fabric Knowledge:** Work with a variety of premium fabrics, understanding their characteristics and ensuring proper handling and stitching techniques.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect garments throughout the tailoring process to maintain superior quality and attention to detail.

- **Client Collaboration:** Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.

- **Pattern Making:** Create and modify patterns to achieve the desired design and fit for each uniform.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other tailors and design team members to ensure cohesive production and adherence to company standards.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end tailoring, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating tailored pants, shirts, and other garments.

- **Skills:** Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and hand stitching techniques. Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting.
