Apt Resources is seeking a Tagalog-speaking Office Secretary and Administrator to support our client’s office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office while providing exceptional support to both the team and clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Tagalog when necessary
